Bean and avocado brownies

Many can say that beans are useful, but not everyone agrees with the fact that they are tasty. However, we have a special dish, which can be a huge surprise for the bean fans and those who do not like it. Surprisingly, this is a dessert. And the beans in this chocolate brownie from Ilya Semen are not the only secret ingredient. Vitamin-full, delicious and flavored brownies. There’s no excuse for not cooking them!

  1. 1. Red beans (boiled) — 220g
  2. 2. Chocolate drops — 100g
  3. 3. Cocoa solids — 50g
  4. 4. Avocado (ripe) — 1pcs
  5. 5. Eggs — 3pcs
  6. 6. Brown sugar — 150g
  7. 7. Baking Powder — 5g
  8. 8. Vanilla extract — 1g
  9. 9. Vegetable oil — 55g
  10. 10. Salt — 2g

Stages of cooking

  1. Put beans, eggs, sugar, cocoa, salt, vanilla extract, butter, baking powder and avocado pulp into a blender bowl and chop to form a smooth paste.

  2. Lubricate the baking form (size of 20 to 20 cm) with butter and put the dough into it, sprinkle chocolate drops on top.

  3. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 175 degrees.

  4. Allow the brownies to cool, cut them and serve.
