- 1. Chicken fillet — 3 pcs
- 2. Italian herbs mix — 1 tsp
- 3. Paprika — 1 tbsp
- 4. Nutmeg — 1 tsp
- 5. Garlic — 2 cloves
- 6. Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp
- 7. Black pepper — to your taste
- 8. Salt — to your taste
Stages of cooking
Tenderize chicken with meat hammer.
Add the mix of Italian herbs, paprika, nutmeg in a bowl.
Grind garlic. Add it to seasonings, also add salt, pepper, pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix all the components.
Coat tenderized chicken with the seasoning mix from both sides.
Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, heat it. Fry each steak from both sides for one minute.
Put fried steaks in a baking dish. Cover meat with foil.
Heat the oven to 180ºC degrees. Put the baking dish in the oven and cook for 10 minutes. During this time you can prepare vegetables for garnish, chop fresh herbs: parsley, dill, green onions.
Ready steaks put on a plate, cover them with juice which meat gave during the process of cooking. Put vegetables near steaks, sprinkle them with herbs.
